By downloading, installing, or using the Waterie mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

For iOS users, these Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of the App.

2. Use of the App

Waterie is a personal hydration tracking application. You may use the App for:

• Tracking your daily water intake
• Setting and monitoring hydration goals
• Receiving hydration reminders
• Viewing your hydration history and analytics
• Accessing premium features with a valid subscription

You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purposes.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Premium Subscription

Waterie offers optional premium features through a paid subscription:

• Advanced analytics and insights
• Weather-based hydration recommendations
• Unlimited custom containers
• Premium characters and themes
• Intelligent AI-powered notifications

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms.

5. Health Disclaimer

Important: Waterie is not a medical app and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. The hydration recommendations provided are general guidelines only. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized health advice.

We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes from using the App. You use the App at your own risk.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

You retain ownership of your hydration data. You can export or delete your data at any time through the App settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Waterie and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove any proprietary notices

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WATERIE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waterie operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
